Open Dispute & Get Back Your Money
Every service can be compensate for money if you are not happy with it. Streamyx is not that bad. It’s just when you know how to get rebate, then you will be on the right path. TMNet will process the rebate request as fast as 48 hours and as slow as 3 months depending on which channel you go.
Preferable using 100 line to make complaint and make sure you keep the report number. If you find that your internet is still in the bad condition, keep open new report by dialing their first level support at 100. Keep the report open until you satisfy with the quality. Normally I will open the ticket as long as two weeks in a row.
Then it’s time to ask for rebate. Write to help@tm.com.my and write your request. Provide your full name, account number/login id, and report number. You will get reply in 48hours to 72hours. They will not entertaint your request for sure. So it’s time to proceed to MCMC to complaint. Write to aduan@skmm.gov.my.
I’m sure after 24hours sending complaint to them, TMNet personel will call you and your rebate request will get approve in 48hours. Don’t believe me, see the screenshot below:
